About Lauren Gould
Lauren's creative career began as Senior Executive of a lifestyle public relations firm in New York City, where she worked for five years. She then left public relations for the realm of print to work for Italian publisher Rizzoli Publications. She remained at the company for over seven years, designing & editing high-end fashion, art and architecture monographs and attending Fashion Week in New York, Paris & Milan to design and help acquire new book projects.
From publishing, she moved on to creative services, establishing herself as Art Director at the Brooklyn-based agency HOWL Group, where she has worked for five years. In addition to conceptualizing, designing and directing projects, she also manages the company’s freelance designers and vendors while coordinating daily client account activity.
Five years ago she also founded The Marcy Stop, a New York-based fashion and lifestyle blog with a social media presence she helped grow to over 19K followers, and counting. Through the blog she partners with a variety of brands to create unique messaging & photography for their own digital channels. In addition to working as a brand ambassador, she also creative directs & styles photoshoots and serves as a content strategist and consultant.
